For complete transparency, our shipping fees are as follows:

  • Flat rate: 23 SAR

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping when your order exceeds 1,000 SAR.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can follow the policy below:

Return Policy

Grace Period:
You have the right to request a return within 24 hours from the date of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and original packaging.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees incurred during the return process.

Payment Fees:
Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are non-refundable.

Installment Payment Methods (Tabby or Tamara):
Refund fees specified by the service provider will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Cases

You are not eligible for a return in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made or manufactured according to your specific request or specifications.

  • If the product has a defect caused by misuse by the customer.

  • If the product belongs to a category that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (such as certain personal care items).
